This bacteria known as coloreria changes the skin color based on the blood circulation. It is a good way to detect someone’s lie. If a person is lying , blood circulation becomes faster, it detects it and changes the skin color accordingly. It can even sense tension and nervousness and change the skin color. The size of this bacteria is somewhere close to seven micrometres. Sweat is basically the production of fluid that consists mainly of water, minerals , lactate and urea. This bacteria gets attached to the sweat that comes out of the body. After attaching itself to the skin it goes inside the skin. The skin has three layers :epidermis, dermis and fat layer. Epidermis has a pigment called melanin which is responsible for the skin colour in humans. Melanin is also of two types : eumelanin which colors gray , black and brown. Pheumelanin which imparts a pink to red hue. After this it attaches itself to melanocytes present in the epidermis. Melanocytes are the cells that produce melanin. Coloreria is made up of tentacles that reach the fat layer and coil around the blood vessels. It has receptors which help determine the rush of blood through the blood vessels. If the flow of blood through the vessels is fast it releases cysteine. Cysteine combines with dopaquinone to give 5-s-cysteinyldopa which further gets oxidised to benzothiazine intermediate which further gets converted to pheomelanin. Which imparts a pink to red color to the skin. Dopaquinone is formed when tyrosinase enzyme catalyses the production of tyrosine which is an amino acid to DOPA which oxidises to dopaquinone. If the blood rush is slow it converts dopaquinone to leucodopachrome which further oxidises to dopachrome which converts into 5,6- dihydroxyindole -> quinone and this oxidises to eumelanin which imparts a dark color to the skin. this bacteria reproduces like other bacteria through binary fission.
